Winter Solstice Yoga in the Park
The Winter Solstice is a time of reflection, rest, and renewal. As darkness reaches its peak, the light begins to return.
Yoga, nature, and mindful community practice provide a perfect space to honour this turning point in the season and set gentle intentions for the months ahead.
All levels are welcome — whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Dress warmly, bring a mat and/or blanket, and let’s honour the magic of nature together.
